Will I make a Good Mod/Admin?

Hi my in-game user is v9pal.
The reason I want to become a staff member is because, I want to contribute to the server by help getting more people to join the server, host events like pk events with prizes to winner and such, advertise the server on youtube by make pk vids, show the server's features and all that stuff. I am a very experienced player and I have been mod 6 times, Admin 3 times and once Co-Owner.
